Venkat studied computer science and economics at the University of Virginia and first learned about CapTech through a college career fair. One of the main reasons Venkat wanted to work at CapTech was that he felt he would be challenged in both the technical and business needs aspect of his career.
In Venkat’s current position, he has a lot of interaction with clients, from gathering requirements to leading demonstrations of the final product. He is also involved in the technical side of the process, getting software development-tested and deployed. Venkat likes that he’s using a wide variety of skills gleaned from his college days.
“One of the core values here is being a trusted adviser. The relationship of trust between CapTech and the client is our foundation, because it gives the clients confidence that the product they receive is of the highest quality.”
“One of things that I really enjoy is that I can guarantee every day I’ll face a new challenge. I’m always learning, always getting a chance to iterate on my process, and always applying myself in new ways.”
