Suzie studied marketing and economics at James Madison University and has spent most of career in the consulting industry. When CapTech was just getting the DC office up and running, they called Suzie to focus on building out the market. What attracted her was that the company was small enough for entrepreneurship, but large enough for stability.
A large part of Suzie’s job involves not only finding the right people to represent the CapTech brand but also ensuring that those people have meaningful work that excites them and their clients. In her seven years at CapTech, Suzie says that it doesn’t feel like work, since it’s always something she loves.
