Kelsey studied business in college and interned for a financial services software company, where she started her career. After graduating, Kelsey went on to work for an IT healthcare consulting firm instead. But after some time, she wanted to gain more experience outside the healthcare industry, so she came to CapTech.
Kelsey is currently working on a massive project that is staffed by consultants from many of CapTech’s national offices. She spends the bulk of her time collaborating with her fellow consultants and helps solve any issues her clients may face. Being able to communicate clearly, manage complex logistics, and establish effective workflow processes is essential to Kelsey’s role.
“The most challenging part of my job is also the most fun part of my work. I have the opportunity to work with industries that I’ve never had experience in, which satisfies my intellectual curiosity to learn new things.”
“CapTech offers a lot of internal training opportunities for consultants to expand their skill sets. The Mentoring Program offers technical mentorship in areas that are different from a consultant’s primary practice area, and the company supports employees pursuing advanced certifications.”
