Joanna graduated from UVA with a degree in Spanish and foreign affairs. Joanna started her career right after graduating and was able to learn the basics of consulting. She loved her work and the challenges it presented, though she yearned for a better work-life balance, so she searched for new opportunities—and joined CapTech in 2001.
Joanna leads the talent management strategy for CapTech. She focuses on identifying client needs—and what she can do to fulfill those needs, by recruiting the right talent for each account. Joanna supports national expansion by considering the differences across new markets and developing strong recruitment efforts and candidate pipelines to meet those demands.
