Boyd came to CapTech with a mixture of industry and consulting experience in marketing, technology, and human resources. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s in human and organizational development, then went on to graduate from Duke University with an MBA. Boyd has worked with major global companies, and has now been with CapTech since 2015.
Boyd’s daily activities are a combination of business development, client delivery, recruiting, training, and social community involvement. He spends time working with his fellow consultants on their current Atlanta projects, meeting with his own current and prospective clients, pursuing recruitment efforts, and investing resources in local nonprofits.
“My favorite project was working with a client who was trying to save lives by reducing the number of teenage car accidents. We delivered a mobile app solution that helps parents teach their teens how to drive more effectively. It was phenomenal to know that what we’re doing was making a difference in people’s lives.”
“My advice for anyone coming in for an interview is to be yourself. CapTechers are very genuine people, and we want to hire people who are the same way. Let your good skills naturally shine.”
