Andy graduated from college with a degree in mechanical engineering and jumped right into the consulting world. He first worked for a large international firm in the DC area. Andy realized his love for IT consulting, but wanted to look for a newer, growing organization where he could make more of an impact. He’s since found CapTech, and has stayed with the company for 11 years.
As the leader of the Philadelphia office, Andy focuses his times on new business development, account management, the marketing community outreach initiative, and relationship management with CapTech’s existing accounts. He also takes an avid interest in recruiting. Andy sees the people at CapTech as the company’s largest asset, and enjoys being able to meet incoming talent.
“When folks come in to interview, what stands out is if they really understand our culture. It’s noticeable when people come in and take the time to really ask the questions behind what it’s like to work here.”
“One of the things that sets CapTech apart from a lot of our competitors is our very collaborative nature of how we interact with our clients and how we focus on our long-term partnerships. We take the time to understand what’s important to our clients, tailoring our work to serve their needs.”
