Working at CapTech means gaining a highly collaborative environment and countless chances to learn more. Fresh recruits have the opportunity to attend a three-week boot camp to learn the ins and outs of IT consulting. New hires are also paired with experienced consultants to lean on for advice and support as they take on their own clients and lead projects.
CapTech’s Philadelphia office makes it a point to meet at least once a month to bring co-workers together and have fun. Teammates often go to happy hour together, participate in activities that interest them, and engage in a variety of volunteer work with organizations that provide monetary and leadership support to the community.
“One of my favorite events that we’ve participated in locally was the Philadelphia Dragon Boat Races. We were able to enter a team with zero experience in participating in a dragon boat race, but it made it really fun. We were able to have a tent and be in an athletic competition, all while hanging out with each other on the river.”
“I really like how CapTech is organized. Even as we’ve grown into a nationwide, full-service consulting firm, we still have a bit of that small business charm with a very flat organization. Leadership is incredibly accessible, both at the office and headquarters level.”
