CapTech’s Atlanta office is growing rapidly due to the selfless attitude of its leadership and employees. There is an entrepreneurial spirit and the CapTech crew truly embodies the company’s core value of servant leadership. Since the Atlanta office’s establishment, employees take initiative to do whatever is needed to help their clients succeed, and they do it with teamwork.
All of the Atlanta CapTechers exhibit enthusiasm for both their internal and external projects. CapTech Atlanta is heavily involved with giving back to the community by providing pro bono consulting services for local charities. The office also provides professional development programs and trainings, and employees often bond outside the office over lunch, dinner, happy hours, and weekends.
“Everyone at CapTech has the desire to do awesome client work. We want to make a difference in our clients’ lives while maintaining a great work-life balance. If we don’t have a clear way of delegating work duties to people, we won’t make a bid for that project.”

“We once participated in a wheelchair rugby game with Paralympians. We had no skills in the sport, but it was fabulous experience to learn something new and build an even stronger relationship with our client.”
