Michelle was a one-person team when she joined Capital One, but gradually grew a sizable staff of talented user researchers and technologists into a close-knit community for financial change. Michelle co-created a unique campus research facility with a homey living room set-up and world-changing plans for impacting millions of lives.

Michelle feeds off of the cool, fun energy of colleagues at The Garage during research discussions with Capital One’s partners, as well as Design and Product Teams. Using sticky notes and journey maps to jot down brilliant team ideas on each project, Michelle thoroughly explores customer behavior and financial trends to pioneer Capital One’s user-based technologies.
