After graduating from the University of Florida with a master’s degree in computer engineering, Manasi entered the startup world and worked on innovative solutions in finance. As her interest in the field grew, Manasi looked to Capital One for her next step. She applied online and chatted with a recruiter, then made it official by relocating up the East Coast.
Many teams at Capital One follow agile methodologies, so Manasi’s first action is a morning stand-up meeting. Afterward, she connects with the Product Team to figure out how to build voice solutions that fit within customer journeys. Regular one-on-ones and team retrospectives also fill her calendar—but Manasi’s main goal is researching voice assistance capabilities before developing the proper software.
