Interested in merging technology and psychology to get people working together, Emma studied chemical and energy engineering to become a product manager. She was recruited by Capital One while in college. Although Emma never imagined working in banking, Capital One’s energizing interview process confirmed that she was part of something special.
Emma’s day moves in multiple directions. She structures strong lab teams, sits down with designers to create valuable user experiences, teams with developers to execute new technologies, and engages in product-related conversations with customers. Combining versatile skill sets from Capital One teams, Emma transforms user tests into financial tech solutions.
