Efrat studied psychology and planned to become a counselor—until she joined a nonprofit and dug into the world of program management. This newfound career passion inspired her to earn an MBA, which introduced her to sustainable business practices and marketing. Marketing, in turn, enabled her to shift once more to focus on the product side of websites, bringing her to this pivotal innovative space for Capital One.
Efrat looks at user behavior and uses data to see what’s most helpful to website visitors. By analyzing how people interact with Capital One’s content, Efrat can tailor the product to impact later-stage funnel activity—but she keeps a close eye on how satisfying the experience is too. Efrat also regularly collaborates with the Engineering Team to troubleshoot issues and design next-generation experiences.
