Andrew’s favorite thing about working at Canvas is the consistent family feel he gets every time he interacts with teammates. Even in the most heated of brainstorming sessions, the Canvas team manages to come out respecting all its members’ ideas and giving each other high fives. Because of this, Andrew reports that Canvas has a super close-knit team and a very low turnover rate.
Andrew typically isn’t in the office during the workweek. Four out of five days, he’s either in another state or a different continent. A major part of Andrew’s role is to take some of the world’s biggest mobile companies and make them a channel for Canvas’ marketing. When he is in the office, Andrew does demonstrations, gives presentations, and collaborates with the Business Development Team.
“You can get your hands on every bit of information, data, and metrics you need, so you know exactly what you’re part of and what you’re contributing to.”
"If you get a quorum of team members together, you can affect the change you want without a traditional management structure holding you back. That's extremely empowering no matter what your level in the business is."
