Allen studied graphic design at Seneca College, where he learned about an internship program for designers. Canada Goose was on the list, and Allen knew he wanted to work for the grassroots-style company. His interview turned into an internship, which turned into a successful career at Canada Goose—nine years and counting.
Allen’s typical day starts with checking the latest priority projects, setting his tasks for the day, and touching base with his team to make sure everyone’s aligned before they start brainstorming and creating cool stuff. The freedom to be creative and to work with a diverse, well-rounded, knowledgeable team is Allen’s favorite part of his job.
