With over 16 years' experience in the HR field, Mary knows how challenging it can be to find a company where the day-to-day work impacts the company's long-term goal. She previously worked for a national animal supplies business, a major credit card company, and a well-known healthcare organization, but Mary ended up at Cafe Press because of its mission and culture.
As the leader of the HR Team at Cafe Press, it's Mary's job to make the company the best place to work by hiring, inspiring, and retaining top talent. One of her recent projects she's most proud of is the design of the Cafe Press HQ—leading to favorite spaces like the team café. She's also proud of jumpstarting the company's learning and development opportunities, building the organization's offerings from scratch.
