Chanel was drawn to the fun vibes and light-hearted culture before she event set foot in the office. After securing a spot in the Call Center, Chanel felt she’d found a mini-family—even as she moved up through the ranks.
Chanel loves talking to people and helping them solve problems, which happens to be the majority of her job. However, she focuses on delivering more than a transactional experience by facilitating several contests and silly games throughout the year. Although her ultimate goal is reducing the number of inquiries and overcoming inefficiencies, Chanel still loves hearing from CafePress buyers.
