Chad, a true data nerd, was drawn to CafePress for its lean product development and wealth of useable data. Until interviewing, he had never met a company with both a culture-first approach and technical philosophy that mirrored his own. When it came time to make a decision, Chad considered the three P's—people, purpose, product—and CafePress passed with flying colors.
Chad’s main goal is building a better customer-facing website, which starts with group strategy meetings to pinpoint goals for new design phases. After looking at data that tracks how customers interact with the website—along with satisfaction surveys and usability tests—Chad collaborates cross functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, and Engineering Teams to build features that’ll have the biggest impact.
