Adam hadn’t heard of the company until 12 years ago, when he stepped into an empty CafePress warehouse with tons of potential. After learning about the products—and how the changing internet could skyrocket e-commerce—Adam jumped at the opportunity to become a programmer. This exposed him to various systems and other parts of the business, which paved the way to his current role.
Adam starts each day by checking production volumes and scanning emails to pinpoint order issues that have come in overnight. Once he’s gotten the numbers straight, Adam makes rounds to chat with members on the Production Team—especially if events or promotions could affect how quickly orders go out. When he isn’t maintaining operations, Adam strategizes new ways to optimize processes.
