Ronda grew her career by taking risks, trying new things, and always thinking about what could be done differently to add value to the organization. She started in Food & Beverage, grew throughout Human Resources, and now leads Corporate Talent where she creates ways to connect candidates with amazing opportunities.
Ronda spends her days brainstorming new ways to share the Caesars story. She partners with job-related marketers to create assets that show exactly what it’s like to work with the company, then brings in top candidates to interview before making a final decision on the best fit for the organization’s needs.
