Pauline received her bachelor’s degree in economics from UPenn. While there, she attended a campus recruitment fair and stopped at the Caesars booth to speak with a representative who invited her out to Las Vegas for an interview. Pauline quickly fell in love with the company, the city, and the energy around both.
Pauline’s tasks are very varied from day to day. She works closely with company marketers to test, forecast, and report on guest behavioral information that will allow the company to create campaigns and offers that reach the right people at the right time. Together, the two departments help Caesars grow the brand.
