Frank knew that he wanted to be involved in the gaming and hospitality industry, but he wasn’t sure in what capacity exactly. He heard that Caesars was an organization that allowed employees to try different roles and learn as they went. So he applied and moved through the ranks until he found the perfect fit.
Frank and his five-man team are in charge of collaborating with on-property partners, Decision Support Teams, and the Caesars Analytics Department to create and implement marketing visions for different properties on a month-to-month basis. Together, they create offers and campaigns that bring business to the brand and build loyal guest relationships.
