Crystal began her Caesars career at the Total Rewards Loyalty Desk. When the program was rebranded, she was invited to the corporate office for one year to help with the project. The project's outcome was so successful that she was offered another new opportunity in the office that she was ecstatic to accept, which is how she grew her career to where she is today.
Crystal’s responsibilities are two-fold. First and foremost, she supports the Caesars Chief Information Officer in taking on development tasks for implementation across the entire brand. Second, she supports every team member who falls under the technology umbrella by providing the tools they need to seek out new strategies for continued company growth.
