Courtney received a dual degree in journalism and public relations from Temple University. For a while, he worked in New York, but one day decided to give Las Vegas a go. Courtney applied to Caesars Entertainment because, as a powerful brand with a diverse workforce and opportunities for growth, it met all three of his career requirements.
Courtney oversees the customer satisfaction of visitors to each of the 35 domestic properties owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment. He creates and sends out guest survey forms to every person who comes through the resort and casino facilities, then analyzes the feedback received to determine opportunities for improvement across all areas.
