Sherwin emigrated from Trinidad and Tobago to study business management at St. John’s University. During his last year, Sherwin participated in the Management Training Program at Broadridge. After he graduated from college, Sherwin used his previous experience to settle into a position as Proposal Analyst for Global Sales Operations. Since then, he’s grown through three additional roles.
Sherwin takes client meetings during the day through both email and in-person problem-solving sessions. During these conversations, he tries to pinpoint each client’s most pressing needs before bringing that list back to his team. Sometimes, the solution he presents to clients addresses existing pain points—but Sherwin also helps develop proactive ways to tackle any financial and expense management challenges.
