Michelle split her career between Wall Street and Madison Avenue after studying at Boston University. These experiences actually introduced her to Broadridge, where Michelle was originally on the client side of things. After forgoing streets and avenues for a permanent address at the company, Michelle saw immediate benefits—like being tapped for new opportunities every few years.
Michelle spends most of her time outside the office, helping clients build relationships with customers by planning go-to-market digital strategies. Michelle also focuses on reimagining the way consumers get essential information, like bills and statements. Once she’s got an idea, she brings it back to the team to put it in motion.
