Erika didn’t visualize a clear career path for herself, so she decided to study something practical in college—economics. After finishing her degree, Erika went on to work in financial services for 17 years before being attracted to startup life. She loved being able to mix innovation with finance, and Broadridge offered that same mix—with many more resources to make it happen.
Erika serves on the Sales Leadership Team to help account executives bring innovative financial services to asset management, retirement, and mutual fund markets. When she isn’t helping develop new solutions that meet regulatory compliance and security standards, Erika actively participates in the Women’s Leadership Forum and helps Broadridge maintain its diverse team.
