Alexander’s previous job was at a law firm, where he felt the culture and work was a little too rigid for him to professionally thrive. After 13 years there, Alexander realized he needed an environment with more collaboration and innovation. He looked into a few different opportunities before finding Broadridge, and, after a 2-hour interview, it was clear that he’d found a fit.
Alexander supports the entire Broadridge organization, providing a robust internal technological platform and the necessary supports required to help employees do their jobs. Alexander interacts with a wide variety of departments within Broadridge—working with team leaders to assess and solve their needs and collaborating on a higher level to assess how to make the internal platform better.
