Jeffrey attended the University of Memphis, where he earned a degree in advertising. After completing an MBA program, he worked managing the traditional media of a regional insurance company and was lucky enough to meet some folks who found him a spot over at BSA. Jeffrey was stoked to apply for such an iconic brand.
Jeffrey spends a large part of his day on the company’s social media management platform, which allows him to view all posts and comments in one continuous feed. He combs through looking for actionable items, then collaborates with ad agencies and vendor partners to create conversations and solutions online. Jeffrey also plans BSRO's digital advertising program.
