Courtney splits her time between in-office and on-site work. At her desk, she stays busy researching new technologies that can assist the company in its energy-saving efforts and communicating energy performance within the organization. On-site at BSA’s tire plants, Courtney speaks with employees to identify ideas and conducts walkthrough surveys to search for possible cost-cutting opportunities.
