Bridgestone is big on corporate social responsibility and improving the way people move, live, work and play. From partnerships with Bridgestone Arena to support of Metro Nashville Public Schools and sponsorship of Nashville PRIDE, BSA believes in being active and present throughout Nashville and other operational areas. What really sets the company apart in these efforts, though, is that BSA demonstrates strong pride in its sponsorships by actually participating in and promoting what it’s associated with.
BSA employs a rewards system entitled DRIVE Points, which allows managers, employees, and executives alike to log into a program and offer points to people for their hard work or help. Once an individual accumulates enough points, they can cash in on their success for prizes ranging from golf clubs and televisions to computers and designer luggage.
