Colin feels especially privileged to be surrounded by like-minded individuals with the same core values and common goals—to create positive social impact and enable organizations to help people. Employees feel good while doing good, and they’re inspired by each other's commitment to building a better world.
In the mornings, Colin grabs a desk seat or occupies a phone booth before checking in with his team to discuss weekly plans and share new information. Throughout the day, Colin makes phone calls to clients or subject-matter experts and performs research—benchmarking nonprofit success stories as he goes. When Colin’s not handling client projects, he works on any of the many world-changing Bridgespan initiatives.
