Mo earned his master's degree in real estate development from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. At an entrepreneurship class led by the VP of Bozzuto, Mo's interest in the company—and residential real estate development—was sparked. His curiosity has paid off, and he hasn't been disappointed with his time at Bozzuto.

Mo has an industry background in single-family residential development, and he's also in the U.S. Army Reserves. Mo feels his position is a good way to learn the basics and fundamentals of the industry, and, when paired with his military background, he brings valuable organizational, teamwork, and leadership skills to both his personal and professional life.
