When a recruiter reached out to her via LinkedIn about a position at Bozzuto, Jenn got to learn about the company organically. She was most impressed with the autonomy given to employees and the pride Bozzuto showed in trusting a team to think for themselves and run their assets as though it was their own business.
Jenn credits her growth and development to having supportive mentors at Bozzuto who pushed her past her comfort zone in a good way. In her current role, Jenn aims to be encouraging in the same way. Each day, she does her best to offer her team opportunities for growth and learning.
“In my five years, I’ve learned so much about myself, about what kind of leader I thought I was and what kind of leader I am today. I’ve had some amazing mentors.”
“The culture at Bozzuto gives everybody an opportunity to do what they see best for their residents. Not every asset is going to have the same solutions work for them, so it’s important for employees to be able to make those decisions that are right for their situation.”
