Christian always enjoyed working with people, and he jumped at the opportunity to sit on Box’s Customer Success Team. The things that really drew him to the company, though, were Box’s outstanding reputation for top-notch tech and its extremely genuine company culture. Christian knew from friends that Box wasn’t just talk when it came to investing in employees.
Christian’s days revolve around clients, so he keeps his schedule pretty flexible. At any given time, he might be found making post-appointment follow-up calls to ensure success, syncing up with sales representatives to strategize customer campaigns, visiting clients on site, or analyzing how new product rollouts can fit into client goals.
