Jay lived the book-lover’s dream by attending Yale University to study English. After graduating, he chose not to follow the traditional publishing path, but he didn’t want to stray far from the bookshelves. Instead, he joined BOTM based on its mission to leverage technology—instead of compete with it—to keep books in business.
Jay launches and manages growth marketing campaigns across email, social media, and affiliate channels to grow BOTM’s membership. He interfaces with readers and analyzes what motivates them in order to build strong connections and create campaigns that readers will love. In the end, Jay aims to get the word out about BOTM and make subscribers happy, long-term members.
