Jonathan always felt drawn to solving problems, so studying math was an obvious choice—Arabic, however, was a surprise addition to his college education. Once he started working at a telecommunications company, Jonathan moved toward data science and left the United States. Luckily, he had already mastered the critical thinking needed to excel in an autonomy-driven culture.
Jonathan heads right to the coffee bar after biking to work each day so that he’s well energized before digging into theories and numbers with his colleagues. In the morning, he handles ad hoc tasks that feed into larger projects—especially with machine learning on the team’s radar. Though he’s a problem-solving whiz, Jonathan values the team’s agile approach and collaborative habits.
