Anne-Sophie’s Story
Extended Stay Welcome
Anne-Sophie built up an impressive professional track record with notable companies after she completed her MBA in marketing. A few years into consulting, Anne-Sophie took a more hands-on approach by managing sales at Groupon and Google. Those roles helped her transition to a product-focused role at Booking.com—with no check-out date in sight.

What Anne-Sophie Does
Director of Product
Anne-Sophie’s role is all about balance, since speed and product iterations matter for customer satisfaction. After the daily stand-up meeting, she zig-zags between the Product and Development Teams to work on product roadmaps and prototypes—which often get released in select cities first. Anne-Sophie also collaborates with the local teams to understand and overcome location-based challenges that inform future product plans.

“The projects I’m working on keep my days moving fast—we’re launching new avenues within what’s already available, so there’s always something to do.”

“We think of people all the time. It’s more than just scheduling—we know our travelers and customize offerings for locations. If they want to see an attraction or museum, now that’s possible too.”
