Eric started his career as an investment banker on Wall Street. However, after he read a newspaper article about Bonobos’ innovative business model, he tried on a pair of the company’s pants, and he was hooked. Through a friend, Eric interviewed with the company, and when he was offered a job, he gladly accepted.
It’s Eric’s job to oversee and evaluate where Bonobos can make investments in people, technology, and strategic initiatives for the company’s success. He tends to company-wide issues such as finances, business development, corporate strategy, and people management. Eric also stays informed of hiring decisions, collaborations with leaders across the company, and meetings with investors.
