Sydney was introduced to Bluewolf through her cousin, who used to work for the company. When she came in to interview, Sydney was inspired to see so many people who were genuinely excited to come to work every day. It was something she had never experienced before—she wanted in, and she happily joined the team.
Asking questions is a big part of Sydney’s job. She digs deep with clients to make sure she understands their businesses and needs—getting this information is vital for her to successfully configure and make useful changes to their Salesforce platform. Sydney also works with Bluewolf’s developers to create more customized solutions for clients.
