Lauren sang a different tune in college, since she was a music major who moved into media management following graduation. After a few years, she realized she was on the wrong wavelength and decided to browse a list of the area’s “best companies to work for.” That’s how she found Bluebeam—which wasn’t another one-hit wonder.
Lauren heads in around 8 AM and starts checking emails to catch any customer concerns that came in overnight. Once she’s answered those questions, Lauren jumps into new orders to process and invoice each one. Though she constantly multitasks, her goal is to balance completing that checklist with providing teammates and customers with quality support.
