Diane has always loved technology and games—Diablo in particular—and knew from a young age that she wanted to work in the field. A self-taught programmer, Diane dropped out of high school and began her technical career while honing her game creation skills. Convinced by a friend to apply, Diane was over-the-moon when she received Blizzard’s offer.
As a manager, Diane is involved in lots of meetings as she helps to determine long-term strategic plans for the department. In addition to providing guidance, mentorship, and technical know-how to her team, Diane also works directly on projects—like generating statistical tools for Heroes of the Dorm, providing users with in-depth information about the tournament.
