A self-proclaimed 80’s computer geek, Wade was interested in IT before the field really existed. With no technology-related degree options available, he instead majored in business and became a banker. In his spare time, Wade began writing programs to organize bank data, and he found he had a flair for translating everyday needs into IT speak—using that expertise to formally transition into product management.
Wade spends most of his days working with the Sales and Customer Service Departments to determine how web features are performing. He also collaborates with the Marketing Team on merchandising and product placement as well as the Accounting Team to provide various reports through the back-end of the site—dedicating his every effort to translating needs into tangible IT improvements.
