Most recently, she's been using the feedback from her daily customer interactions as inspiration to help create Window Rescue with the Marketing team—a video series that helps solve complex window covering problems for customers pulled from frequently asked questions.

The flow of Katrina's day depends on how many calls are queued up with questions when she arrives in the office around 8:00 AM. After checking her voicemail and responding to emails with concerns that came in overnight, Katrina starts answering incoming calls, frequently liaising with the Blinds.com Customer Service Team for information on certain product specifications and availability.
