Alexis is a Bay Area native. Her first job out of high school was with Whole Foods before she used her IT skills to land a support role working on the trading floor of the NYSE. Captivated by the exciting atmosphere, Alexis thrived in finance, coming to BlackRock as a VP via the Merrill Lynch Investment Managers acquisition.

Rising through roles at BlackRock, Alexis now manages a variety of global tech teams, ensuring focus with daily stand-ups, connection via digital conferences, and support with whatever tools they need. A founder of BlackRock’s OUT network, Alexis is excited to be with a future-facing firm, both culturally and technically, as they experiment with AI, biometrics, and VR headsets.
