According to Christine, her managers treat her as an equal in all aspects of the organization—from trusting her to lead projects to valuing her opinions regarding hiring. Christine has only been with Black Mountain Systems for eight months, but she feels she's had a lot of influence in the interviewing and onboarding process of new team members—and that’s contributed to her amazing team.
Christine spends her days acting as the go-between for clients and developers. She checks in with developers to make sure all deadlines are on track and frequently tests out products in order to troubleshoot any issues. Communication is an important part of Christine's job, and she has at least one meeting a day with a client, the Project Management Team, or the entire BMS team.
