After studying business administration and marketing at college, Melissa started working at a nonprofit that used Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge product, and realized that she’d love to work for a company that not only allows her grow her career but also offers different opportunities—all while pursuing her passion in the nonprofit space.

Melissa hits the phones early in the morning to prospect new potential customers or to touch base with current clients, helping to find opportunities to grow partnerships and demonstrate the products. Melissa travels often to visit her clients because she wants to ensure that they have the knowledge and expertise to operate efficiently and effectively.
