Lauren led a very varied career before coming to Blackbaud. She started out making television commercials, then worked in marketing for a software firm. After that, she tried her hand in sales and found a real talent in the field. Lauren wanted to sell something she could really get behind. She chose Blackbaud because it gave her the ability to make a direct impact on nonprofit organizations and be part of a larger cause.
Lauren’s days involve being a liaison between nonprofit customers and account executives. She spends most her time on the telephone or in meetings, creating strategies and offering explanations on exactly how plans will be put in place. Lauren primarily sells training offerings and data enrichment services to help customers get the most out of Blackbaud’s solutions.
