Every month, Bitly hosts an in-house sales forum, discussing both wins and losses. The meeting is used as an opportunity to motivate and reward employees, as well as an occasion to learn and grow collectively. The agenda includes highlighting employees who embody Bitly’s company culture, examining things that can be improved or done differently, and setting new team goals to work toward in the future.
