We work & grow in New York City
Co-founders David Kidder and Anne Berkowitch have built a team reflecting their entrepreneurial spirit, with more than a dozen former founders—an Olympic athlete, an academic, a lawyer, a DJ, and several authors and inventors. A passionate and intellectually curious spirit courses through the company, with employees sharing interests ranging from choral singing to coffee making. The team shares a culture that encourages employees to build their own personal brands with writing, public speaking, and other leadership activities.
What Bionic Does
Bionic is an army of entrepreneurs igniting growth revolutions inside the world’s largest companies. With the belief that enterprises can grow like startups again, Bionic created a unique approach to enterprise innovation called the Growth OS. This platform combines the mechanics, tools, and mindsets of entrepreneurship and VCs that creates sustainable growth capability.
Outside the Office
Bionic has created traditions that fulfill the team's desire for flexibility and bonding. “August from Anywhere” is a way for employees to work remotely for up to 10 days during the summer. Monthly Team Recess events can include improv comedy, scavenger hunts, or a tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. But the staff favorite is an amazing annual Spring Break retreat in Miami—right when the team's had their fill of the New York winter.
“Bionic is a place where, as an entrepreneur, you can put to real use all of your collective experiences, knowledge and inherent giftings, while at the same time continue to learn and become your better self. We are helping build the future by partnering with the world's most impactful companies.”
SVP - Partners
"Bionic is a unique company built by and for entrepreneurs, bringing the passionate obsession of startups to large enterprises. We have a truly leveraged impact in the world."
"Bionic is not your traditional company—we're a collection of people who are excited by the opportunity to collaborate with some of the world's largest businesses on some of the world's largest problems. It's a place full of individuals, makers, thinkers, and explorers who want to discover and share in the experience of work—and not just to come in to do a 'job.' "
