After working at a small company for a while, Ryan wanted a challenge. He was ready to move forward with his career, so he reached out to a friend who referred him for an interview at Billtrust. Ryan started at the company as a client services analyst and is now the Manager of Client Support.
Ryan articulates the needs of Billtrust’s clients in a way that is clear for all stakeholders. Additionally, he manages a team of 16 individuals and makes sure that they’re excited and motivated to work. He also eliminates roadblocks, ensuring that his team has the tools they need to get work done.
